The main objective of the Master Program in Human Biology is the integration of knowledge from genes and cells up to complex organ functions. Questions related to the normal functions of the human body and to the mechanisms of diseases are treated in multidisciplinary approaches. From 2009 on, the program is financed by the Faculty of Science of the University of Zurich.
The program offers 23 module courses on various topics and disciplines,
such as anatomy, physiology, neurology, pharmacology, immunology,
genetics, tumor biology, animal breeding and epidemiology.
Students can join the master program after completion of a Bachelor of
Science in Biology.
